Luzinterruptus have brought their light-based street art from Madrid to NYC; 800 books, each with a light attached, with the intention of replacing traffic with literature.
This is outstanding.
I was just looking through my Facebook friends and found 2 who were married or going to get married soon. They were in my dorm freshman year and it’s so odd to think that they’re already married or going to get married. Then another thought occurred to me that everyone whom I met in the dorms four years ago, are going to graduate in 2 weeks, just like me. It’s so weird to think about that because I can still remember the first time I met a few of them in the dorms and how nervous I was being the only international student in my hall and living in a foreign country all by myself for the first time in my life. Some were nice, but I think most of them weren’t that nice or friendly. It’s too bad I didn’t form firm friendships with anyone in my hall, or we’d be graduating together for real this term, i.e. taking pictures and remembering the moment together.
I can’t believe it’s been four years and I’m almost done with college…..I couldn’t even imagine graduating four years ago!
It’s too bad David isn’t a senior too, it’d be nice to graduate together with him.
interviewing is exhausting.
But it’s over with now…..for now!! (:
Spanish oral exam tomorrow and verb & vocab test on Thursday….. no me gustan los examenes, especialmente el oral porque necesita usa el preterito y imperfecto. No bueno.

I liked this a while back, but I just scrolled through my likes (http://www.tumblr.com/liked/by/ache), and I can’t not reblog this.
I’m super excited for David and I’s one year anniversary!! :) It’s too bad I can’t tell him because I’m bursting with excitement and telling B. isn’t the same as telling him!!!
I know it’s gonna be grrreat! :D
I hope the weather will be kind to us and not rain….. please weather gods??
Yesterday at work, after I had signed in and put my backpack away, I went out to the playground where everyone was and Rose came running towards me, arms wide open yelling “Kelly!!!” It made my day :)
And today, again after I had signed in and stuff, I walked towards where the kids were having circle time. Craig saw me and said “Hi Kelly.” And I said “Hi!” Then he said “Hi there!” It was adorable. I was so surprised he knew my name, cos he doesn’t say any other teacher’s name. :)
Anyway, I’m done with finals (woohoo!) I got done Tuesday. But I’m editing my psych paper that I got an extension on. And doing some write-ups for extra credit.
